Classic in Winchester

This Colonial Victorian beauty has the great bones of a grand New England home but was sorely lacking in an overall vision for the home. Justine Sterling Design started with the exterior color concepts and then brought the family of six’s vision for the interior alive. Original period details were all kept intact. The classic approach to the design enhanced what was already there. The space planning incorporated cozy spaces in the home for them to all hang out, and a supersized dining table was custom made for the dining room as well as additional groupings of seating were planned for the living room and dining room. This allowed for the client’s friends and family to all have seat. They love classic, timeless interiors and nothing too trendy and wanted to infuse their love of blues and naturals into the palette, which the design team did with loads of Justine Sterling Design’s signature style of carefully layering textures and color.
