How Our Design Process Works

Understanding the clients goals, scope, budget, timeline and property potential. Our 15-Step Discovering Home process is put in place.

Creating cohesive designs tailored to the client preferences. Documentation and Planning completed with detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications ready for execution.

Visual in-person presentation of the plans, design elements, furnishings selections and the materials, fixtures and products. All related pricing presented in a quote proposal.

Furnishings, fixtures and materials orders are placed, construction and renovation work is completed and the clients home is transformed, renovated or built to prepare for the furnishings installation.

The clients updated or new home is ready to accept delivery and placement of all selected items. Styling elements and art is procured and placed. The home is handed over to the clients – time to celebrate!
