When our clients snagged this property in a highly sought-after coastal location, they dreamed of hiring a designer to bring their vision to life. The design team elevated the 5000sf spec home floor plans and added details to make this a custom new construction home that reflected their desired aesthetic and specific scope needs.

Every detail and selection was made deliberately, like the distressed coffee table in the sitting room where the young kids play with legos and build puzzles. Yes, the home is well appointed, but it is rigorous in selections that make it kid-friendly too.
