Melrose Sweet Cape

North Shore magazine called it "Small but Mighty". Justine's retired clients wanted a complete renovation of their Cape style home in Melrose, MA along with an addition to add much needed square footage to enhance the first floor plan and carve out more space for a mudroom, relaxing, cooking and entertaining. A timeless clean palette with contemporary accents and layers of texture paired perfectly with the client's Eastern influenced art collection to create a home that they can enjoy along with visiting children and grandchildren.
