  • Design Consultations can be booked using this link and availability is based on Justine's schedule. You’ll be able to pick a day and time that works within your schedule.

  • No. Before we finalize your Essential Design Consultation, you’ll receive a phone call from our Client Services Team. They’ll be available to answer any questions and confirm your desired appointment time. You will be charged upon booking.

  • You are able to cancel or reschedule your consultations up to 72 hours before for a full refund. To cancel or reschedule a session please email us at hello@justinesterling.com

  • Yes. You may take notes AND we provide you with any sketches, paint samples, handwritten notes and discussed resources before we leave the consultation. Any specific resource links will be sent to you after the consultation.

  • Virtual Design Sessions are one hour long and are remote. For more information please visit our Virtual Design Session page.

    Essential Design Consultations are in person and two hours long and offer a one on one opportunity to solve your design dilemmas.

    Designer for a Day Consultations are in person, but with up to 3 hours of additional design time and coordination back in the Justine Sterling Design Studio.

  • Justine suggests that you have a concise list of questions that you would like to be answered, along with your top three goals for the Design Consultation. Clippings from magazines, Pinterest boards, or even a simple slideshow of your ideas, style and inspiration as well as including any items you may be considering using in your design will be helpful to make the most out of the Essential Design Consultation. It is completely up to you how you decide to share your imagery with Justine. For tips on how to best utilize Pinterest see her blog post here.

  • We suggest that all decision makers should be present for the Essential Design Consultation. Please arrange for child and pet care to ensure that you can give Justine your undivided attention.

  • Justine is super-efficient, but if you run out of time or extend the scope, you are welcome to book another consultation with her using the same process.

  • • Information on tradespeople, contractors, or other personal contacts.

    • Overseeing any construction or product oversight and management.

    • CAD drawings or precise measurements (Hand sketches may be provided as a guide).

  • Life happens and if the Essential Design Consultation needs to be canceled due to Justine’s calendar, our Client Services team will work with you to get the consultation rebooked on a new agreed upon date/time.

  • Justine is incredibly experienced, and we trust that you will love the outcome of your Essential Design Consultation. Justine Sterling Design is unable to issue a refund if you are dissatisfied with the advice or the results of any decisions you make based on the content of the consultation, but we will do our best to rectify your request.
