No. Before we finalize your Designer for a Day Consultation, you’ll receive a phone call from our Client Services Team. They’ll be available to answer any questions and confirm your desired appointment time. You will be charged upon booking.

Yes. We curate a presentation package to provide you with any sketches, paint samples, notes and resources compiled during the consultation and in the studio filled with actionable advice. This is delivered to your inbox and a beautiful printed copy is popped in the mail to you too.

You will receive clickable retail 'Shopping Links’ within the presentation to be read with the notes and floor plan sketches that we provide you with, to execute at your leisure.

Justine and a designer will visit you in your home for the Designer for a Day Consultation for two hours. The design team then heads back to the Justine Sterling Design Studio, where all of the final selections are made and the presentation is completed, ready to arrive in your inbox and mailbox within a week.

Justine suggests that you have a concise list of questions that you would like to be answered, along with your top three goals for the Designer for a Day Consultation. Clippings from magazines, Pinterest boards, or even a simple slideshow of your ideas, style and inspiration as well as including any items you may be considering using in your design will be helpful to make the most out of the consultation. We suggest that all decision makers should be present at the Designer for a Day Consultation. Please arrange for child and pet care to ensure that you can give Justine your undivided attention.

The Justine Sterling Design (JSD) team is super-efficient, but if you run out of time or extend the scope, you are welcome to book another consultation with JSD using the same process or contact hello@justinesterling.com to review other package options.

• Information on tradespeople, contractors, or other personal contacts.

• Overseeing any construction or product oversight and management.

• CAD drawings or precise measurements (Hand sketches may be provided as a guide).

Life happens and if the Designer for a Day Consultation needs to be canceled due to Justine’s calendar, our Client Services team will work with you to get the Design Consultation rebooked on a new agreed upon date/time.

Justine is incredibly experienced, and we trust that you will love the outcome of your Designer for a Day Consultation. Justine Sterling Design is unable to issue a refund if you are dissatisfied with the advice or the results of any decisions you make based on the content of the consultation, but we will do our best to rectify your request.
